A licence exists only in writing

No page on this site grants any right to use any work. A licence exists when it has been issued in writing, for a defined use, and signed by both parties.

Browsing the catalogue, receiving a preview file, or discussing a project creates no permission of any kind.

What a written licence defines

Every licence issued states the specific work and version, the permitted media and channels, the territory, the term, and whether any exclusivity or competitor restriction applies.

If a use is not listed in the licence, it is not covered. Extending a campaign into new territories, new channels or a longer run requires an extension in writing — which is normal, and much cheaper to arrange before it happens than after.

Rights verification

Works whose ownership or clearance position has not been verified are marked as unverified on this site. That marking is meaningful: it means no representation is being made about that work's availability for licensing.

No licence is issued for a work until its rights position has been checked for the specific use requested.

Previews and delivery files

Preview audio published on this site, when it exists, is provided for evaluation only. It is not a delivery master and carries no usage rights.

Master and delivery files are supplied only after a licence has been agreed, and only for the use that licence describes.

Third-party rights

Some uses require permissions beyond the ones ASRcreative can grant — for example collecting-society registrations, or rights held by other parties in a recording or composition.

Where that applies to your use, it is stated during the enquiry rather than discovered afterwards.

No instant clearance

This site has no self-serve quoting or automated licensing. That capability is deliberately not enabled, because rights logic, pricing, legal terms and payment handling are not in place to support it.

Nothing on this site should be read as an automated clearance of any kind.

Fees and the operating entity

No fees, rate cards or price ranges are published on this site. Fees depend on the scope defined for each use and are quoted in writing.

The legal entity that issues licences has not been published on this site yet, and is stated in the licence document itself.
