Status of this notice

This notice describes the data processing that this website performs today, verified against its own source code. It is deliberately incomplete in one respect: the identity of the data controller and the registered legal entity behind ASRcreative have not been published here yet.

Those details are not invented or approximated. Until the operator of this site supplies them, this notice states what the site technically does and nothing more. Do not treat it as a complete statutory privacy policy for a data controller until that identification is added.

What this site collects automatically

Nothing. This site sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts, embeds no third-party media by default and runs no analytics provider.

One item may be stored in your browser's local storage — a record of your analytics consent choice — and only once an analytics provider has been configured. At the time of writing, none has, so nothing is stored.

Your web host will keep server access logs as a technical necessity, as every web host does. Those logs are outside the site's own code and are controlled by whoever operates the hosting.

What you send deliberately

The project brief form and the contact form collect what you type into them: your name, email address, optionally a phone number and organisation, and the description of your project or message.

This information is used to respond to your enquiry and to scope the work you are asking about. It is not used for unrelated marketing, and it is not sold or shared for advertising.

Form content is never sent to analytics. The event layer of this site filters payloads against a fixed allowlist of keys, so it is structurally incapable of transmitting what you type.

How submissions are delivered today

Automated delivery of form submissions is not active on this site yet. No submission endpoint has been configured, so nothing you type is transmitted anywhere by the site itself.

Instead, the forms validate your entry and produce a structured summary that stays in your browser for you to copy or download and send through a channel of your choosing. The forms say this on screen; they never display a success message for a delivery that did not happen.

When a delivery endpoint is configured, this notice will be updated to name the processor involved before that endpoint goes live.

Retention

Because no submission is transmitted or stored by this site today, this site retains nothing.

Retention periods for enquiries received through other channels are set by the operator of ASRcreative and are not stated here, because stating a period that has not been decided would be a fabrication.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability, exercised against the data controller.

Because the data controller has not been identified on this site yet, the contact route for exercising those rights is not yet published here. This gap is recorded openly rather than filled with a placeholder address.
